- Disassemble and Sandblast Flange Portion of Flame Arrestor
- Soak Arrestor in specialized chemical to clean debris out of arrestor without hurting the mesh
(Must be stainless element)
- Re-Assemble and Paint Arrestor to appear as new
- Flow test Arrestor with air to ensure there is proper flow through the element
This process will ensure your Flame Arrestor is allowing proper flow through the element to prevent backpressure at your tanks and causing addition venting of gases at your facility.
